Kington Chapel – The non-denominational Chapel at Kington was built in the first part of the 19th century. It's position envelops the beautiful hills and countryside around and beyond Kington, making it an idyllic place for loved ones to be, and where families may visit to pay their last respects.
Inside this small chapel, is a welcoming reception area, which has an immediate feeling of warmth, peace and tranquillity.
Two of its most beautiful features include the building's original stained glass windows, and an altar draped by a hand embroidered velvet cloth.
There is a bereavement library, which enables families to browse and select books or poems of their choice. This is often useful when preparing order of services before the funeral takes place.
